Job Description

We currently have a position open for a Head Referee to manage the daily running of Phoenix Paintball in Rawson. The successful applicant(s) will need to have their own transport, satisfy police clearance requirements and have a current working with children check (or be willing to apply for one). Work is usually on weekends and wages are paid on an hourly rate. The position will require the successful applicant to assist with the supervision of participants as well as manage and help with setting up for the day and cleaning up at the end of the day. Staff are expected to be able to work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision. Staff need to be friendly and proactive toward meeting customers’ needs. Previous experience in management roles or positions involving a high amount of responsibility will be highly regarded. Successful applicant MUST have the ability to run all aspects of the field and supervise any other staff required to work. Any previous Paintball field work experience not essential but would be advantageous. Firearms training and experience with crowd control will also be beneficial, but again not essential.
