Masks will be mandatory indoors in Victoria from 11:59pm tonight for people aged eight years and over as the state ramps up its response to the COVID-19 Omicron variant.
Although it was originally hoped the pathway between the two townships would be operable by the end of 2021, work has yet to commence. A number of issues, including COVID related shortages and design changes have caused delays, but it is understood the project will commence early in 2022.
