The Colarusso Family will today (19 December) be farewelling their loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother Rosa Colarusso with Mass to commence at 11am in St.Kieran’s Church, Lloyd St Moe, followed by burial at the Erica Cemetery. Light lunch and refreshments at The Erica Hall. A lovely lady and neighbour who will be sadly missed.
Restrictions are here! No burning off is allowed without a written permit from CFA and/or your local Council. Burning without one is a criminal offence. All applications require a site visit by a CFA Officer prior to approval so depending on how many applications we have as to the time-frame for issuing permits if approved. The Dandenong Motor Cycle Club (DMCC) will conduct the Australian Four Day Enduro (A4DE) in the Erica Forest District during May 2020. An information night will be held in the Erica Hall from 7:30 pm on Wednesday 27 November and will inform the community about how local groups can participate and fundraise.
As part of the Remembrance Day Ceremony held on Sunday 10 November at the Erica Memorial Public Hall, a tribute was paid to a former Walhalla and Moondarra resident, James Moloney.
Snow…At this time of year???
Yes there is snowfall occurring on Mt Baw Baw.
If you are travelling up to the resort, it is advised that you carry chains and be prepared to fit them as directed.
Staff will be at the resort entry gate but there will be no chain hire or fitting service.
